If you are not completely satisfied with any stock item you purchase from us, you may return it and receive a full refund within thirty days.
We will ship most any products to any U.S. destination as well as some International destinations. All merchandise is sold F.O.B. our warehouse. Most shipments are made via United Parcel Service. Truck freight and express deliveries are available.
Returns will be accepted when the freight is prepaid. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns. Copy of sales slip must be enclosed. Any merchandise returned for credit must be returned within 30 days (in new condition) for a full refund.
We endeavor to have a good supply of all catalogued items for shipment within 48 hours. In the event that we do run out of a product, we will enter a backorder unless you state "No Backorders."
We will gladly accept an order of any size.
If we do not have something you want, we will attempt to get it. All special orders require a deposit and are not refundable.
On all products listed, we cannot guarantee all one finish of hardware, as hardware is hard to get. All products ordered with brass color finish hardware may include solid brass, brass plated metals, and polished metals, etc. All products ordered with chrome color finish hardware may include nickel-plated metals, stainless steel, chrome plated metals, and polished metals.
